Sorbitan tristearate
Sorbitan tristearate is a nonionic surfactant. It is variously used as a dispersing agent, emulsifier, and stabilizer, in food and in aerosol sprays. As a food additive, it has the E number E492. Brand names for polysorbates include Alkest, Canarcel, and Span.

Applications
Used as an emulsifier and stabilizer in the food, pesticide, cosmetic, pearl dye and plastic industries. Used as an anlista tig, softening and oiling agent in the textile industry. Used as antidrip agent of PVC, EVA, PE membranes, dosage: 1.5-1.8% in PVC, 0.7-1% in EVA.
